I’m interested in learning more about ongoing research projects in the field of scripophily. Whether it’s historical analysis, market trends, authentication methods, or the artistic evolution of stock and bond certificates, I'd love to hear about what collectors and researchers are working on!

Are you currently conducting any research related to scripophily? Have you uncovered any interesting findings or rare certificates?

Let’s discuss ongoing projects and share insights! 📜📊

I'm currently working on a personal research project documenting share certificates related to early electric tram companies in Central Europe, especially those operating between 1880 and 1930. My goal is to compile a visual and historical catalog, highlighting both the urban development context and the artistry of the certificates themselves.

So far, I’ve focused on smaller cities in Austria and southern Germany—many of these companies were short-lived or absorbed into municipal networks, which makes the certificates even more intriguing (and harder to track down).

If anyone has material or insights related to this area, I’d love to connect. I'm also curious to know if similar efforts exist for other infrastructure sectors—telegraphs, gas lighting, etc.

Happy to share findings as the work progresses!
