Purpose of the Contract These Terms of Sale govern the provision of the historical-documentary authentication service known as ScripoPass, offered by Scripo S.r.l. Unipersonale, VAT No. 02427120031, headquartered in Italy, through the official portal http://www.scripopass.com. The service is intended for collectors, industry professionals, and scripophily enthusiasts.
Description of the Service ScripoPass is a digital authentication service for historical collectible documents such as shares, bonds, and vintage financial certificates. The service allows users to:
Verify the authenticity of documents.
Access digital Certificates of Authenticity (COA).
Archive their personal collection online.
Download certificates in PDF format.
Obtain direct links to historical background pages. The outcome of the service is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) in PDF format with a unique ScripoPass serial number and an ISMIN code, enabling international recognition via the historical catalog http://www.scripomuseum.com.
Nature of the Certification The ScripoPass certificate solely expresses a professional opinion regarding the historical authenticity of the examined document. It does not in any way constitute:
A commercial or economic valuation.
A guarantee of present or future marketability.
A recognition of negotiable financial value.
An official certification issued by financial authorities or regulatory entities. Scripo S.r.l. is not affiliated with any government agency or regulated market.
Purchase Method The Client may request authentication by uploading the document via a dedicated private area. Login credentials will be provided to access and download the certified documents. The service is deemed delivered upon uploading of the digital COA in the client’s private area on the portal db.scripopass.com.
Pricing and Payment Prices are stated on the website or provided via direct quotation. Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. The service will only be rendered after full payment is received.
Service Delivery The certificate is issued within 3 business days of payment confirmation and can be viewed and downloaded by the Client via the secure reserved area using their unique credentials.
Client Rights The Client is entitled to receive:
The PDF of the COA certificate.
A direct link to the historical information page (when available).
Access to the reserved area of the ScripoPass portal to manage their document archive.
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds As an intellectual and customized service, the authentication service is not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. However, any disputes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Provider within 14 days of service delivery.
Personal Data Processing All Client data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). The full privacy policy is available on the website.
Liability The Provider disclaims any liability for:
Improper or fraudulent use of certificates.
Any investment or sales decisions made based on the COA.
Lack of recognition of the certificate by unaffiliated third parties.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by Italian law. The Court of Verbania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms
